Tumbling oil prices and weakness in metals stocks combined to push Canadian stocks lower again today. We have been waiting for a strong opening, but I’m not sure that we’ll get it. Therefore, with three yellow lights and an UpUp situation Prudent Investors should remain on the sidelines until…
